important is it to meet with my DJ ahead of time?
A. Very important! This is the only way to ensure
that your party is everything you want it to be. We will meet with
you at a pre-event consultation session to go over the details of
your event. Everything we do is customized to your tastes and desires.
Q. What
geographic areas do you cover?
A. We cover metropolitan and surrounding areas
in St. Louis, Kansas City, and Chicago.
Q. How
far in advance should we book our DJ?
A. Once you have your event, date, and time set
up - it is a good idea to book your entertainment.
Q. Can
we come see you perform?
A. Because most of our performances are private
functions (i.e., wedding receptions, corporate functions, etc.)
we are unable to invite you to watch us perform. The best thing
to do is to set up a time to meet with your DJ. You will get a better
feel for what we are like as opposed to looking in on someone else’s
event.
Q. What
time will you set up for my event?
A. We typically arrive 1 hour prior to the start
of your event for preparation and set up.
Q. Will
you take requests?
A. Yes. You can specify what kind of music
you would like to hear, as well as, music you do not want to hear.
You set the guidelines for your event! We will work with you no
matter what your musical tastes are.
Q. Do
you have a wide variety of music?
A. Yes. Our music library
is updated weekly to ensure that we don’t miss a beat! We want to
be sure to have the music you want. If we find we don’t have a hard-to-find
song during our conversation, we will do everything we can to find
it for you.
Q. What
kind of equipment do you use?
A. We carry "State of the Art" sound
systems that deliver the music the way it should be, crisp and clear!
We use the very best in professional DJ equipment. We are also equipped
with a wireless microphone for speeches and announcements.
Q. Can
I afford you?
A. Yes. We have a variety of attractive packages
to suit your needs. We are not the cheapest in town, nor the most
expensive. But we think we’re without a doubt, the best value.
Q. How
do I reserve Sound Fuzion Entertainment for my upcoming event?
A. First, be sure to check
our availability. If you find that we are available on the date
of your event, contact us for an agreement letter. Sign and return
the agreement letter to us with the required retainer - doing this
will reserve the date of your event.
Q. When
is the final balance due?
A. Two weeks prior to your event. You can pay
by check, cash, cashier's check, or money order. You can also pay
online
using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover
